Perfect for Twin 65121 or 6579 Motors or for simplicity a single 70182 Motor - D.I.Y Tow Boogie Builders can now start with a proven hull and motor mount system that is cavitation free, water tight and performs well in all conditions. The hsfoil Mk3 eTow hull is fast on water / light to carry and easy to modify as tech imporvements become available.
For Tow in foilers
To ride - The eTow v3 pull torque is steady and reliable - its super fun to foil behind - great for launching to foil or just burning around lakes / rivers / bays and creeks. eTow gives you vrtually limitless foil pump and carve tow sessons at your disposal. Our New Manual Rope to Rudder steering option gives the foiler instantanious steering response - allowing quick steering around obstacles, waves to get you through surf safely.
For Foil coaches
eTow has been a reall asset for our wing foil coaching sessions -our 'Foil Coaching' sessions run the etow with a single battery 14s 8p configuration - giving us 1 1/2 hours dragging beginners - We swap to a second battery to complete the day at around 3 hours constant load Dragging... Very few beginners get on foil for long - so power use is high.... There is virtually zero prop wash behind the etow - so the foil feels nothing... Weve taught many many newbies to safely learn their first flights behind the inline Twin etow shown above - its a great way to coach from the dock out of the water. No stopping and turning around in a boat. Its a fast flowing crash and go machine.
Servo based steering can be added as an option. Without removing the Manual rudder steering. GPS steering is also possible for the tech savvy home builders purchasing the kit.
