Cnc shaping allows dual HD foam core stringers

hs foil is now manufacturing high quality eps foam foilboard blanks for hoke shapers / and local australian baord makers...

were cnc cutting 140mm HD foam and inserting it intonthe eps before cnc bottom and then deck cuts...

the blanks are cut so accratly most hand shaping is now doen to a sandpaper block for finishing...

the blanks give the finished baod unsurpased stiffness and also double as the foam insert for the routing cut for the actual mast tracks.... no other supports are reauired - saving a lot of weight and resign.
