The Team at hs foil can shape your 3d file for you using our CNC machine, Boards up to 8'4 long can be done. 
CNC fees include our time turning your file into a 'Machining file' - Its redrawn into a two sided cut, we then convert the file into a the post processor manufacturing file x 2. These files are of course your property and are emailled to you as final cut designs once completed as .NC files. (Machining tool paths)

For File upload to us - We accept files of type .stl only - The Post processing work etc here at our end and this work is included in the above CNC  fee. 
 
Fees above are for 2 cuts, Bottom run (under 10 hr cut) then Deck Cut (usually under 7 hour cut). 
 
At completion of placing your order, please email your .STL file to us at info@hsfoil.com
 
You can provide your own blank or also purchase one from us - see our Blank listing. Please ensure any supplied blank is square, level and at least 400mm longer than your board, as ends are required to hold the board steady when its cut upside down on the flip.
