Surf Sup Custom Foil Board - Biax Carbon

Our Dedicated Surf Sup board have been refined and modernised, taking inspiration from combinations  the incredible work of Sky Solbochs work on stable SUPS, as well as Franks  high speed glide based DW sups...

Were loving Widths under 25 Inches, and volumes around 20 Litres over your body weight for most Advanced riders...

Modern Foils and the ability to move the mast track forward has reduced swing weight of all foil boards dramatically, allowing us to again ride longer boards - that still pump connect like a prone. Combine the lower swing weight with already super light 5kg odd boards and you have the perfect paddling sup / connecting machine.

Also excellent as beginner Parawing boards, our sup foil boards are in their own league.

Like all our shapes - we customise boards 'live' to your requirements based on a proven model that works - In this case the base dimensions of the Parawing 'boards  are broken up into Advanced and Allrounder categories.

The Board photographed (Black machine) is the 6'5-  95Litre x 25" wide board... Its an Advanced Sup  model-  Ridden by a ripper thats only weighing around 75Kgs...  Hes also customised his with deep bevels which we'd not reccommend for everyone... 50/50 rails add stability and can allow a narrower width profile, narrower being faster paddling of course - while still maintaining excellent volume.

Boards Come with  Full Deck Grip

BOARD SIZE GUIDE FOR SUP SURF DETAIL

Our Range of boards are built for Intermediate to advanced foilers, and as such we reccommend SUP FOIL boards should start to work for you at about 20 Litres above   your body weight in a wetsuit. If your 85Kgs, Add 10 Kgs for your wetsuit in the winter. Your going to be suited for a board around 115 Litres. If your super advanced, You could of course drop this - Your call... But easier to ride will be more waves. The weight increase of just 10 litres of foam will not be noticable.

You may ask - why not just ride a DW board?

Totally - you can. DW boards give you the water speed - The Downside to a DW board is their 'tracking'. Personally - Im not into DW boards in the surf.

The desired Tracking Built into the shapes of DW board help you to paddle them straight, Unfortunatly for Surf SuP riders, the inconsistent manner of surf takeoffs can make them a bitch to turn in a hurry and pretty dangerous on late take offs.
